Established over 55 years ago, Bankstown District Sports Club is one of the top ten registered clubs in New South Wales. The Club has evolved into a popular business, entertainment and hospitality precinct and covers approximately 70,000sqm.
With more than 65,000 members and over 500 employees, Bankstown Sports Club features a movie theatre, live shows, weekly entertainment, restaurants, bars and childrens play centres.
Due to the dynamic nature of the facility, incorporating state of the art gaming, restaurants, hospitality and community facilities, achieving energy efficiency is challenging. Future proofing the against rising energy prices, failures in plant and equipment, whilst maintaining member comfort levels was high on the agenda of the club’s management.
Bankstown Sports is also a member of the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and has a vision is to create healthy, resilient and positive places for people and the natural environment.
The ACE Platform synthesized and analyzed the data from the existing equipment identifying and rectifying 51 uniques faults in the first 12 months.
