I’m excited to announce we’ve changed our name from CIM Enviro to CIM. We’ve also updated our logo, look and feel and renamed ACE—our award-winning building analytics platform—to PEAK. I want to share the reasons why.

I was stoked to have my article published in The Sydney Morning Herald discussing how machine learning and automation are giving REITS more control. As more property owners leverage simple-to-understand building intelligence, machine learning and mechanical engineering into their day-to-day operations, they will see massive improvements in their efficiency, productivity and sustainability across property portfolios.

In the eight weeks I’ve been with CIM Enviro, I have experienced firsthand the sky-rocketing growth this Australian-founded company is undergoing. As we continue to grow, I thought it would be interesting to take a look back at the environmental metrics we’ve delivered as we put sustainability at the fore.
