With the summer months in Europe coming to a close, and award season about to begin, the CIM team are delighted to have been shortlisted for 3 prestigious awards. The awards ceremonies are taking place this coming September. Take a look at the round up below:
BCIA Awards – September 9th
First up we have the BCIA Awards 2021 where CIM are delighted to be announced as finalists in the ‘Energy Management Award’ category. The award is given to a manufacturer, installer or team in recognition of a project which demonstrates how building controls and/or BEMS have been applied to increase energy efficiency in a building or building complex.
We entered this award on behalf of one of our key customers, Knight Frank. CIM implemented its innovative PEAK platform, a SaaS based technology that integrates building analytics, artificial intelligence and technical engineering support to improve efficiency, sustainability and comfort. By taking a digital approach to modern building management across 12 assets within Knight Frank’s commercial real estate portfolio, PEAK has contributed to over AU $200,000 (£89,000) in realised energy savings and demand reductions to date.
The 2021 Awards will be held on Thursday 09 September in the United Kingdom.

The EG Tech Awards 2021 – September 14th
We were pleased to be announced as a finalist in the ‘Sustainability Award’ category at the EG Tech Awards 2021.
This award recognises how new and existing buildings must find ways to navigate the increasing demand to reach sustainability and aggressive Net Zero targets. This award recognises CIM’s PEAK Platform dedication to delivering on sustainability solutions for the real estate world.
The EG Tech Awards represent the best of the best in technology and real estate and their drive for change. With more than 200 entries and submissions from around the globe it is an honour to be shortlisted in this category.

The Energy Awards - September 22nd
And finally we are thrilled to be announced as a finalist in The Energy Awards 2021 in the ‘Digital innovation of the year’ category.
The Energy Awards honour excellence in the energy business and this category in particular seeks to recognise the enormous contribution of digital innovation in systems and software to the industry. The award recognises the innovations in CIM’s PEAK Platform as a powerful building analytics solution to drive efficiency, comfort and sustainability.
Each year, the Energy Awards celebrates the achievements and contributions of each company to the energy industry.
These Awards will be held on Thursday 22nd September 2021 in the United Kingdom.

We also can’t finish up without mentioning our delight in being awarded the Innovation in Technology & Systems already this year in the Facilities Management Awards 2021.
