The leading commercial office tower is leveraging the platform’s powerful analytics capability to drive operational efficiency, sustainability and comfort. It is one of two new buildings to deploy the platform as part of CIM’s partnership with Abacus, joining nearby 324 Queen Street.

We are delighted that the PEAK Platform is now operational at Flutter Entertainment Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. The platform will drive improved sustainability performance, in line with Flutter’s Positive Impact Plan, by promoting a data-driven approach to facilities management at the site.
Flutter operates some of the world’s most innovative, diverse, and distinctive sports betting and gaming brands. Their HQ in Dublin is a 7-storey, 164,000sqft office building and houses over 1,500 employees. Reducing environmental impact is a key driver for Flutter and CIM, and we look forward to collaborating for future shared success.
