As part of CIM’s expanding collaboration with Sodexo – leader of Sustainable Food and Valued Experiences, the PEAK Platform has been deployed at a prominent commercial site in southeast England. The 100,000-square-foot (9,200 sqm) purpose-built facility is owned and occupied by a Fortune 500 global healthcare leader.
The deployment reflects an ongoing commitment by both Sodexo and the building owner to improving the sustainability of a vast and diversified portfolio. We look forward to continuing work with Sodexo and its partners to improve operational efficiency and deliver superior occupant comfort.
