We are delighted that Mintus Properties, as the new owner of Beenleigh Marketplace, have kept the PEAK Platform operational at the sub-regional shopping centre. Located in Queensland Australia, the platform was initially deployed with original owner Dexus in 2018.

The thriving retail centre is home to over 65 speciality stores and 3 majors, drawing 2.6 million yearly visitors. The new owner Mintus Properties is known as a progressive property investment and development provider, embracing initiatives that drive sustainability and innovation.
