Antonious "Tony" Mickaeal is our skilled Head of Engineering, with a solid background in the computer software industry. Before joining CIM, he spent six years as a ystems application engineer at Johnson Controls. At CIM, he progressed from a Technical Services Manager to his current role over his 9-year tenure. Tony's educational foundation is in mechanical and mechatronics Engineering, where he earned a bachelor's degree with honours. His expertise is crucial in leveraging building data to maximise operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact, a challenge he has been addressing as one of CIM’s first team members back in 2014.
